Auto Glass Now

While coming to Orlando from the Atlanta area, we had a small rock hit our windshield and initially, we didn't think there was any damage... About 15 minutes later we saw a crack starting to spread near the windshield camera on our 2019 honda pilot! When we called Safelite, they wanted $1300 for a windshield replacement and calibration!! After searching, we came across the Auto glass Now website.... DJ was incredible, professional, personalble and understanding of our situation. He quoted a price that half of Safelite and scheduled service. The young man that came to do the installation was Omar. He too was professional, courteous and knew he hushed stuff. He was finished within about an hour and a half with everything. Thanks sooooo much for Auto glasses Now team for your great work!

I had a windshield that was cracked and needed it replaced not only did they come to my work and replace the windshield, but they also calibrated the camera all with the same technician and did it in an hour and a half before the rain started. There was no waiting at a shop and everything was very easy. They were referred to me by my insurance company and I am glad that they did. I definitely will be getting my windshield replaced by them or any other glass needs for my vehicle if you want an easy process with dedicated technicians that do it right the first time then you must get them to do your work for you. They handled everything with my insurance. So I only had to sign when they were done such an amazing experience through and through my technician answered every question I had and by far at the best customer service I have experienced 10 out of 10 100% recommend they go above and beyond for their customers even gave me the exact windshield that I ordered. Thank you for your service today guys and I hope that people see this so that They can experience the same.

Every part of the experience was good. The call center gentleman was very kind and informative. The young women I spoke with at the South OBT location was very nice and accommodating. The installer Omar, was kind, kept me updated and took pride in his work. Which means a lot to me. I waited a few rains before posting and no leaks. Over all a great experience.

The staff were very nice, professional and kind. I was given a discount as I was paying out of pocket for the replacement. Haven’t had any issue with the new windshield so far. It looks great and it took less time than I thought it would to install. Great place to go for your services. I’ll be back if I ever need help again. 2018 Kia Sportage

BEWARE OF THIS STORE ! They advertise fixing small cracks on the windshield but if you believe them and think this is what you’ll get then you’ll be fooled. I came to the store with 3 small cracks and the technician claimed that he will fix them but they will still be a little visible. He claimed that the purpose of the service is for the chip to not disperse. When they called me to see the car I was really chocked of the outcome then provided me of a $905 quote to replace the windshield. I spoke to the manager to find a solution with me but she had the nerve of asking me to pay for the service that was done, I was not believing my ears !! Guys there’s professionals out there and this company is definitely not one of them. I’ll take them to people’s court because once you accept to do the service then you should provide me with the outcome promised. Or refuse the service from the first place if you knew you cannot do it properly.
